Nicole Falcone, CEO & Storyteller

Nicole Falcone is a writer, editor, poet, and producer. She founded Gather&Create to help people and organizations tell their most important stories. She has worked with hundreds of educators and young people in schools, districts, and organizations from across the country to share stories of learning and has also written extensively about medicine, health, mothering, and wellness.

Before starting Gather&Create, Nicole worked at 2Revolutions, a national education design lab that helps reimagine and redesign learning. She served as the director of digital experience and director of storytelling, leading teams in the creation of digital, audio, and film stories, toolkits, and articles all in the service of helping schools fulfill their mission to serve all children. As the director of digital experience, Nicole managed the product development and launch of 2Rev’s national platform, InspirED, which curates resources, courses, and communities of thousands of people interested in the future of education.

Nicole’s belief in the power of school and learning systems to be the foundation of our democracy started during her Master of Arts in English Education at Teachers College, Columbia University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in journalism and English at Lehigh University. A love of stories has always been with her. She has been writing since she was a child.

Nicole has been published in Runner’s World, Johns Hopkins Medical Letter: Health After 50, Scholastic’s Parent&Child, ScaryMommy, The Bump, and in 2019 published a collection of poetry, Sitting Together by the River in the Sunshine: A Collection of Poems on Motherhood. Born and raised in New York, Nicole now lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and children.
